I took a peak at this model while it was still under construction - - this duplex plan is a great concept for the Popham Beach area - I really don't think there is anything like it around - such a light, bright and spacious home - - - and that basement!
Barb - Yes we took a drive down through Popham Woods when we visited last year. Looks like it's coming along nicely. A basement in Maine? ha ha... A beautiful development.. Best of luck with it.
